Bad Cat Lynx-X USA Player Series 40w Guitar Tube Amp Head
GUITARS
Bad Cat
The Lynx-X is a two channel 40 watt high gain head designed specifically for heavy tight high gain playing.
Channel one has controls for gain, bass, treble and K Master volume controls. Channel one also has a switch that makes the channel selectable for high clean headroom playing, or clean to heavy crunch.
Channel two has controls for gain, bass, mid, treble, K Master. There is a global presence control across both channels.
This is the first Lynx high gain amplifier with Bad Cat patented K Master for amazing, uncompromising low volume playing. The amp has more gain and more tight punchy low end than any amp in Bad Cat’s history.
Bad Cat Amplifier was founded in 2000 with the singular purpose of building fine guitar tube amplifiers, better than the classics from the golden age. Old school build techniques would be used with assembly, finish, and testing dependent on practiced hands. There would be no compromise in features, material or performance. They take a no compromise approach when designing and producing amplifiers. Bad Cat's goal in each classic style - hand built amplifier, is to achieve great tone and sturdy construction. Bad Cat Amplifiers are designed and built entirely in Southern California.
