Skip’s Music Productions has been shaping live events since our founder, Skip Maggiora, worked as a stagehand at Woodstock in 1969. Since then, we’ve designed, developed, and managed thousands of shows across all musical genres.

Today, Skip’s Music proudly partners with Sacramento Sound Solutions to provide full-service concert and event production across Northern California. Together, we bring decades of experience, top-quality equipment, and a professional crew to every stage.

Our Partnership

Sacramento Sound Solutions, led by Josh Greene and Rebecca Sleeth, brings a wealth of live audio, lighting, and backline expertise to Skip’s Music.

Josh previously worked in Pro Audio Sales and Rentals at Skip’s before moving on to live engineering at major venues such as the Golden 1 Center. Rebecca has contributed as a bass instructor and as a coach in our Stairway to Stardom program.

With their talented production crew, Sacramento Sound Solutions is our dedicated on-the-ground team—ensuring every event is executed with professionalism, precision, and the same commitment to excellence that has defined Skip’s Music for decades.

From backyard concerts to regional tours, Skip’s Music has the largest inventory of professional backline equipment in Northern California. Available for daily rentals or extended tours, our gear and technicians keep your show running smoothly.
