Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, refunds are processed more quickly. This time period includes:

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via email once your return has been received and processed.
Shipping Policy
We ship to addresses within our service areas only. Some restrictions apply, and certain products may not be eligible for shipping to all destinations.
When you place an order, shipping and delivery dates will be calculated based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you select.
