Skip’s Music School is proud to present an exciting new program designed for beginner to intermediate players eager to dive into the world of live music performance. Whether you’re a current student or new to Skip’s, this program is your perfect first step into the spotlight—and an ideal gateway to our renowned Stairway to Stardom program!
What’s the Program About?
The Spotlight Series blends fun, hands-on learning with live performance experience. Over six weeks, participants will rehearse with a full band under the guidance of our skilled instructors. The program culminates in a thrilling live showcase at Skip’s Music in Sacramento!
Who Can Join?
This program is open to:
- Beginner to intermediate guitarists, bassists, drummers, singers, and more
- Students eager to play rock and pop hits while building essential band and performance skills
What to Expect:
- Duration: 6 weeks of instruction and rehearsals
- Rehearsals: Two 90-minute full-band sessions
- Performance: Live showcase at Skip’s Music, Sacramento
Program Costs:
- $35 for current Skip’s Music students
- $50 for non-students
