Skip’s Music School is proud to introduce the Spotlight Series — an exciting performance-based program designed for beginner to intermediate players ready to experience the thrill of playing live.

Whether you’re a current Skip’s student or learning elsewhere, this program is open to all young musicians, no matter where you study.

It’s the perfect introduction to live performance — and a fantastic stepping stone to our renowned Stairway to Stardom program.

🎤 What’s the Spotlight Series?

This six-week program blends hands-on band rehearsals with a live concert experience. You’ll rehearse with a full band under the guidance of our talented instructors and take the stage for a high-energy live performance at Skip’s Music in Sacramento.

🎶 Who Can Join?

• Musicians typically under 18
• Beginner to intermediate players
• Guitarists, bassists, drummers, vocalists & more
• Students from any music school — or even self-taught!

📅 What to Expect

• 6-week session with guided instruction
• 4 x 90-minute full-band rehearsals
• Live performance at Skip’s Music, Sacramento
