Catherine Huesner has been teaching violin for over 20 years and enjoys working with students of all ages and ability levels. She emphasizes proper technique, musicianship, and a strong foundation that allows students to enjoy music for a lifetime.
Catherine believes that learning music should be both structured and enjoyable, helping students gain confidence while developing strong technical skills.
Teaching Approach
Catherine tailors each lesson to the individual student, focusing on posture, tone production, intonation, rhythm, and musical expression. Her approach supports students involved in school orchestras as well as those learning violin for personal enjoyment.
