Bio

Karen brings over 30 years of training and experience to her students along with a passion to ignite the creativity that resides within them. Karen has served as pianist for Bay Area and Sacramento churches, working with both adult and children’s choirs and is an active member of The Gospel Music Workshop of America where she has had compositions accepted in both the adult and children’s divisions.

Method

The ability to read music provides the firm foundation for further development of musical skills. Karen tailors each student’s curriculum to fit their individual needs, abilities and personalities. “I want their musical journey to be challenging and fun.”
