Terms of Service for Skip's Music Relocation Sale at Elk Grove
Welcome to Skip's Music Relocation Sale! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our music store during our moving sale. By accessing this sale, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not access the sale.
Sale Details:
- The sale is valid at our Elk Grove location only and applies to in-store, in-stock items.
- No online stock or Sacramento location stock qualifies for the sale.
- All items are final sale, and all prices are final. No exchanges or returns are allowed.
- No rain-checks will be issued.
- Exclusions apply, and customers are advised to see in-store for details.
- Some brands are excluded based on brand pricing rules.
- The sale starts on Monday, March 6th, 2023 and ends on Friday, March 31st, 2023, unless we advise an extension or, while stock lasts.
Sale Rules:
- All items on sale are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the sale at any time without notice.
- The sale cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
- We reserve the right to refuse the sale to anyone for any reason at any time.
- We reserve the right to limit the number of items per customer during the sale.
- All customers are expected to follow the store's policies and regulations during the sale.
Liability:
- We will not be held responsible for any loss or damages arising from the use of this sale.
- We will not be responsible for any injury, damage, or loss incurred by any customer during the sale.
- Customers assume all risks and responsibilities associated with the use of this sale.
Intellectual Property:
- All content and materials available in the sale, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, are the property of Skip's Music or its content suppliers.
- You may not use, reproduce, modify, display, sell, or distribute any content or materials in the sale without our prior written permission.
Governing Law:
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions.
Changes to the Terms:
- We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time without notice.
- By accessing the sale after any modifications have been made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
