Sonically, a dutiful set of Delta S4J single-coil pickups, a 3-band EQ complete with a push-pull EQ bypass switch and a 3-way Mid-frequency switch, and an extensive set of Ibanez hardware provide a vast soundscape for exacting your low-end sound. From modern metal forays to clean jazz licks and beyond, the Mode MDM1000 delivers any bass tone imaginable with confidence and ease. Modern, versatile, and equally stunning in both sound and sight, it's no surprise that many bassists have already made the MDM1000 their go-to bass for gigs and studio sessions.

The Roasted Maple neck is heat-treated to increase stability, durability, moisture resistance and tolerance of temperature changes.

The Ibanez Delta pickups deliver an aggressive yet balanced single-coil tone that responds clearly and evenly in all frequency ranges. They're voiced to cut powerfully through any mix while eliminating noise, thanks to their hum-canceling design.
